Upon the receipt of your request and agreement, one of our technicians connect to your computer to diagnose problems without you opening your door or leaving the comfort of your house. 

When the technician is connected, he will have full control of your keyboard and mouse and everything he is doing is visible to your eyes with option of chatting with him during this process.

Our Remote Support service also includes Over-The-Phone (OTP) support and email support.

For our known business and home support customers, remote support is available immediately it is scheduled. If you are new to JBM Technology Solution, an upfront payment for the duration of the remote support is required and this can be arranged when you contact us.
